Polisi telah menerima hasil visum siswi SMK di Buleleng yang diajak ibu gurunya melakukan threesome bersama pacarnya.
Dari hasil visum tersebut terbongkar cara sadis ibu guru saat memaksa muridnya berhubungan badan bertiga.
Siswi SMK di Buleleng, V (16) menjadi korban tindakan tak senonoh oleh ibu guruny sendiri.

Ibu guru SMK, Ni Made Sri Novi Darmaningsih (29) bersama Anak Agung Putu Wartayasa (36) mengajak V untuk berhubungan intim bertiga alias threesome.

 

Saat ini, ibu guru Novi dijerat Pasal 81 ayat (1) Jo pasal 82 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak,
Sedangkan tersangka Wartayasa dijerat tindak pidana Persetubuhan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam rumusan pasal 81 ayat (1), (2) UU Nomor 35 tahun 2014 dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 15 tahun penjara, serta denda paling banyak Rp 5 Miliar.
Humas Polres Buleleng, Iptu I Gede Sumarjaya menjelaskan bahwa korban dijanjikan baju dan pulsa oleh ibu guru.
“Korban dijanjikan beli baju sama pulsa. Awalnya diajak ke kosan gurunya untuk dibelikan baju. Akhirnya mau. Karena yang mengajak gurunya kan nurut,” katanya dikutip dari Tribun Bali.
Ibu guru beralasan akan mengenalkan pacarnya pada V.
Namun sesampainya di kamar kosan, korban malah diajak naik ke atas ranjang oleh gurunya.

V juga dipaksa menyaksikan ibu dan pacarnya berhubungan intim. Meski sudah menolak, pelaku sempat meraba tubuh siswi SMK.

“Setelah sampai di indekos, korban dipaksa pelaku duduk di kasur melihat persetubuhan. Korban merasa tertekan sehingga terjadi persetubuhan bertiga,” sambung Iptu I Gede Sumarjaya.
Namun rupanya tak sampai disitu saja, dari hasil visum yang diterima polisi, siswi SMK tersebut juga dipaksa melakukan hubungan threesome oleh ibu guru dan pacarnya.
“Hasil visum itu telah diterima sejak Jumat sore,” ujar Kasat Reskrim Polres Buleleng, AKP Vicky Tri Haryanto, Minggu (10/11) dikutip dari Tribun Bali.
AKP Vicky juga menyebutkan, pihaknya telah melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara di kos-kosan yang terletak di Jalan Sahadewa, Singaraja.
Hasilnya, diketahui kos itu hanya disewa oleh Wartayasa untuk bertemu dengan Darmaningsih yang merupakan kekasih gelapnya.
Dari hasil olah TKP ini juga diketahui, saat hendak melakukan threesome, korban V sempat menolak dan mendorong tersangka Wartayasa.
Namun saat itu tangan korban ditarik dan dipegang oleh Darmaningsih yang tak lain adalah gurunya sendiri.
Ini yang memudahkan Wartayasa untuk melucuti pakaian korban.
“Tersangka Wartayasa dan tersangka Darmaningsih ini merupakan pasangan selingkuh.
Yang laki-laki sudah memiliki keluarga, sementara yang perempuan merupakan janda.
Makanya yang laki-laki menyiapkan kos untuk tempat mereka bertemu,” ujarnya.
