menghalalkan segala cara dan tak segan menabrak larangan yang ada di
ajaran agama.
Ustaz bernisial AM (46) ini
mengatakan, bahwa sabu tidak haram dan tidak dilarang dalam Alquran. Itu
dilakukan, untuk mempengaruhi para santrinya agar mengkonsumsi sabu.
Selain itu, Ustaz asal Desa
Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Kwanyar, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura ini juga
menyebut, bahwa dengan mengkonsumsi sabu, dapat meningkatkan semangat
dalam membaca kitab suci Alquran.
Pandangan sesat Ustaz AM tersebut terungkap, setelah Ustaz
yang sudah mengkonsumsi narkoba selama 10 tahun dan juga seorang
pengedar narkoba ini berhasil ditangkap oleh polisi.
Dia tak berkutik saat ditangkap, setelah aparat Satreskoba Polres Bangkalan menggerebek rumahnya.
“Kami berhasil menangkap salah seorang DPO, kebetulan
berstatus bindereh (ustaz) atau tenaga pengajar di salah satu pondok
pesantren,” ungkap Kapolres Bangkalan AKBP Rama Samtama Putra, Rabu
(22/1/2020), saat ungkap kasus narkoba periode 9-17 Januari 2020, di
Mapolres Bangkalan seperti dilansir tribunnews.com.
Ustaz AM ( 46), warga Desa Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Kwanyar
Kabupaten Bangkalan, menjadi buruan Satuan Narkoba Polres Bangkalan
selama dua bulan terakhir.
Setelah polisi mendapatkan dua pelaku narkoba tengah mengisap sabu di dalam rumahnya.
Rama menjelaskan, pihaknya kehilangan jejak AM saat
memburunya di Mojokerto Jawa Timur, Klaten Jawa Tengah, hingga Bekasi
Jawa Barat.
Ada sejumlah santri terpengaruh sehingga membeli dan mengkonsumsi sabu di rumah tersangka AM,” tegasnya.
Rama menegaskan, tersangka AM dijerat Pasal 114 KUHP
Subsider 112 KUHP tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman 5 tahun hingga
maksimal 20 tahun penjara.
“Ia termasuk katagori pengedar sabu. Sabu didapat dari seorang bandar jaringan Kecamatan Sokobanah (Sampang),” tegas Rama.
Di hadapan Rama, tersangka AM mengaku dirinya telah salah persepsi sehingga menyebut sabu tidak haram.
“Menurut negara dilarang, cuma saya salah persepsi saja. Kan memang tidak ada dalil dalam Alquran,” ujar AM.
Namun, lanjutnya, ulama tetap bermufakat bahwa kalau sabu dilarang negara berarti tetap dilarang.
Saya mengkonsumsi sabu sudah selama 10 tahun,” bebernya.
Bersama AM, Polres Bangkalan mengungkap 13 kasus dengan
menggulung sebanyak 20 pelaku narkoba selama dua pekan terakhir.
Beberapa di antaranya berstatus pengedar.
Sedangkan pada pekan pertama di awal tahun ini, Polres
Bangkalan mengungkap sebanyak 4 kasus dengan jumlah tersangka sebanyak 5
orang. Barang bukti yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 121 gram.
“Polres Bangkalan menyatakan perang terhadap narkoba,”
tegas Kapolres Bangkalan AKBP Rama Samtama Putra, dengan suara
menggelegar.
Ungkapan tegas Rama tersebut merupakan upaya Polres Bangkalan menciptakan kawasan zero narkoba.
Penegakan hukum tidak hanya berlaku bagi masyarakat namun juga bagi para anggota Polres Bangkalan.

Polres Bangkalan meneken pakta integritas untuk tidak terlibat dalam
peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba.
