“Dan janganlah kamu melamar wanita-wanita musyrik, sebelum mereka beriman. Sesungguhnya wanita budak yang mukmin lebih baik dari wanita musyrik, mesikipun dirinya hebat hatimu. Serta janganlah kamu menikahkan orang-orang musyrik (dengan wanita-wanita mukmin) sebelum mereka beriman. Sesungguhnya budak yang mukmin lebih baik dari orang musyrik, mesikipun dirinya hebat hatimu. Mereka mengundang ke neraka, sedang Allah mengundang ke surga serta ampunan dengan izin-Nya. Serta Allah menerangkan ayat-ayat-Nya (perintah-perintah-Nya) terhadap manusia agar mereka mengambil pelajarSeorang muslimah haram dinikahi oleh laki-laki non muslim, sebab istri wajib taat terhadap suami sebagai pemimpinnya. Larangan ini terus kuat dengan tak sedikitnya ayat yang melarang seorang muslim untuk menjadikan orang-orang kafir sebagai pemimpinnya.
Target akhir dari pernikahan ini, adalah proyek besar kaum-kaum kafir yang ingin melemahkan Islam dari dalam. Mereka melamar wanita-wanita muslimah, lalu mengundang sang istri masuk ke dalam agama mereka.
