Sumarja (33), warga Desa Penyandingan, Kecamatan Sosoh Buay Rayap, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) harus merasakan dinginnya ubin penjara Polres OKU.
Pria yang dikenal dukun ini mencabuli ibu muda sebut saja Dara (18) dengan modus bisa mengobati penyakit dengan modus memandikan pasiennya.
Kapolres OKU, AKBP Arif Hidayat Ritonga melalui Kasat Reskrim, AKP Wahyu Setyo Pranoto, Jumat (24/4/2020), mengatakan, tersangka diciduk di kediamannya tanpa ada perlawanan.
Menurut Kapolres, tersangka yang berotak mesum ini disergap saat bersantai di pondoknya pada Kamis (23/4/2020) siang.
Kapolres mengungkapkan jika peristiwa pencabulan ini terjadi pada Senin (13/4/2020), sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB.
Di mana pada saat kejadian korban bersama suaminya datang ke pondok pelaku untuk mengobati suaminya yang menderita penyakit kulit.
Pelaku lalu mengawali praktik perdukunanya dengan cara memandikan pasangan suami istri (pasutri) ini dengan cara bergantian.
Tanpa banyak tanya pasangan muda ini menuruti apa yang diperintahkan sang dukun.
Sebelum dimandikan, oleh tersangka pasutri diajak berjalan menuju tempat pemandian di area kebun karet Desa Penyandingan, Kecamatan Sosoh Buay Rayap, Kabupaten OKU.
Saat itu suami korban terlebih dahulu dimandikan. Kemudian pada saat gilirannya, pelaku kemudian memandikan korban.
Melihat tubuh mulus korban, timbul niat jahat sang dukun. Pelaku kemudian melancarkan aksi dengan meremas (maaf) payudara korban dan memasukan jari ke (maaf) organ intim ibu muda ini.
Korban yang berontak kemudian diancam pelaku agar tidak melaporkan perbuatan cabulnya kepada sang suami.
Setelah dua hari menyimpan rahasia memalukan itu, korban tidak sanggup lagi. Akhirnya korban menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya kepada sang suami.
Mendapat laporan itu, sang suami begitu marah dan langsung mengajak istrinya melapor ke polisi pada tanggal 15 April 2020.
Setelah mendapat laporan dari korban, polisi bergerak cepat menyelidiki keberadaan tersangka.
Setelah mendapatkan informasi keberadaan tersangka, yang saat itu sedang berada di pondoknyo di kebun karet yang terletak di Desa Penyandingan, anggota unit PPA Satuan Reskrim Polres OKU bersama dengan Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Penyandingan melakukan penyergapan.
Tanpa perlawanan tersangka menyerah dan selanjutnya diamankan di Mapolres OKU untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya. “Tersangka akan dijerat 289 KUHPidana,” tegas Kapolres. (sumselupdate.com)
