Melalui perkahwinan
tertunailah segala keinginan seorang lelaki dan keinginan seorang
wanita. Fitrah semulajadi manusia telah dilengkapkan dengan keinginan
ini. Mereka yang hidup dengan menahan dan mengorbankan keinginan fitrah
nafsunya berhadapan dengan pelbagai masalah di antaranya; psikologi yang
terganggu, ketidakstabilan emosi, seterusnya membawa masalah dalam
kehidupan seharian.
Dalam hal ini, Islam
memberi ruang untuk seseorang itu menikmati keinginan nafsunya dengan
izin syarak. Namun sebagai hamba yang diciptakan untuk mematuhi perintah
Allah maka cara dan etika dalam mengadakan hubungan suami isteri perlu
dijaga.
Ini kerana jimak juga
dikira sebagai ibadat. Dalam surah al-Baqarah, Allah s.w.t. berfirman
yang bermaksud, “Isteri-isteri kamu adalah sebagai kebun tanaman kamu,
oleh itu datangilah kebun tanaman kamu menurut cara yang kamu
sukai dan sediakanlah (amal-amal yang baik) untuk diri kamu dan bertakwalah kepada Allah serta ketahuilah sesungguhnya
kamu akan menemui-Nya (pada hari akhirat kelak). Dan berilah khabar gembira (wahai Muhammad) kepada orang-orang yang beriman.”
Dalam ayat ini Allah
s.w.t. menggambarkan sebagai ladang atau kebun itu dengan tatacara yang
beradab, walaupun ayat ini menyatakan datanglah kepada isteri-isteri
kamu mengikut kamu sukai.Mengikut al-Raghib al-Asfahani, makna “kebun”
itu adalah tempat kamu menanam benih zuriat kamu.
Al-Jauhariy menegaskan
bahawa “kebun” dalam ayat ini adalah satu perumpamaan” manakala Ibn
Abbas r.a. berpendapat: “siramlah tanaman kamu di mana ia boleh tumbuh”.
Allah SWT memberikan
kebebasan bagi suami isteri untuk menikmati jimak sesuai dengan kaedah
dan cara yang dianggap sesuai menurut syarak. Maksudnya memenuhi
kepuasan nafsu dengan tidak melampaui nilai dan adab.
Namun begitu, Islam juga
menggariskan batas-batas jimak tersebut, seperti dilarang menjimak
isteri ketika haid atau nifas, dilarang menjimak du13ur isteri dan
lain-lain.
Mengenai persoalan
terminum susu isteri ketika bersetubuh sama ada secara sengaja atau
sebaliknya. Harus menghisap payu.dara isteri ketika berjimak, tetapi
jika isteri dalam tempoh menyusukan anak adalah lebih baik tidak
menghisapnya sampai terminum su5u dari tubuh isteri.
Ini kerana mungkin mulut
si suami boleh membawa kuman dan anak yang menghisap susu itu boleh
terdedah kepada sebarang jangkitan kuman.Perkara yang kedua ialah susu
itu hak si anak dan bukan hak si suami. Walaupun dengan meminum susu si
isteri tidak menjadikan lelaki itu bapa susuan.
Sekiranya perbuatan suami itu membawa mudarat kepada bayi dengan jangkitan kuman atau susu berkurangan, maka hukumnya haram!
