Sidang perkara perzinaan dengan terdakwa oknum perwira Polda Lampung Ajun Komisaris Besar Ferdyan Indra Fahmi dan oknum polwan Inspektur Dua Agustina Nilawati, digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungkarang, Selasa (13/6/2017).
Pada sidang kali ini agendanya mendengarkan tuntutan penuntut umum. Sidang berlangsung tertutup.
Awak media tidak diperkenankan masuk ke ruang sidang. Hanya jaksa, majelis hakim dan pengacara kedua terdakwa yang ada di ruang sidang.

Usai persidangan, jaksa penuntut umum Roosman Yusa tidak mau memberikan keterangan.
Yusa hanya menunjuk jarinya ke arah dalam ruangan sidang saat dimintai keterangan oleh para jurnalis. Begitu juga dengan pihak pengacara kedua terdakwa.
“Saya tidak tahu. Saya tidak ikut sidang,” ketus Johan, pengacara kedua terdakwa. Padahal Johan berada di dalam ruang sidang sepanjang persidangan.
Agustina yang mengenakan jilbab merah muda dengan sepatu kets putih tampak berjalan di belakang Johan saat keluar dari ruang sidang.
Sedangkan Ferdyan masih berada di dalam ruang sidang biarpun ruang sidang dipakai untuk persidangan perkara lain.
Dari informasi yang didapat, kedua terdakwa dituntut dengan pidana penjara selama tiga bulan.
Ini dibenarkan oleh Humas Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungkarang Mansur. Mansur menerangkan, kedua terdakwa dinyatakan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 284 KUHP tentang Perzinaan.
“Kedua terdakwa dituntut masing-masing tiga bulan penjara,” ujar Mansur saat diwawancarai di ruang kerjanya, usai sidang.
Menurut Mansur, sidang akan dilanjutkan pekan depan dengan agenda pembacaan pembelaan.
Pada perkara ini, jaksa penuntut umum hanya mendakwa kedua terdakwa dengan dakwaan tunggal yaitu pasal 284 KUHP.
Ferdyan dan Agustina digerebek di Hotel Pop, Senin (30/1/2017) sekitar pukul 11.30 WIB.
Penggerebekan dilakukan oleh suami Agustina yang juga anggota polisi Inpektur Dua berinisial DO.
DO menggerebek istrinya didampingi anggota Provost Polda Lampung. Terbongkarnya skandal ini, bermula dari kecurigaan DO terhadap perilaku istrinya.
Agustina sering pergi keluar malam dengan alasan tugas. Sang suami juga pernah mendengar percakapan telepon Agustina dengan seorang laki-laki menggunakan kata-kata mesra.
Terjadilah pertengkaran antara DO dengan istrinya pada Minggu (29/1/2017) malam.
Akibat pertengkaran itu, Agustina pergi dari rumahnya dengan alasan pulang ke rumah orangtuanya. Keesokan harinya, DO mengecek keberadaan Agustina di rumah mertuanya.
Ternyata Agustina tidak ada di rumah orangtuanya. Karena tidak diketahui keberadaan Agustina hingga Senin (30/1/2017) siang, DO berinisiatif mencari istrinya. DO juga menemukan mobil sang istri diparkir di Rumah Sakit Bumi Waras, yang letaknya bersebelahan dengan Hotel Pop.
DO berinisiatif menghubungi anggota Provost Polda Lampung untuk mendampinginya menggerebek sang istri.
Dugaan DO benar. Di dalam sebuah kamar, DO melihat istrinya bersama FIF, yang bertugas di Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus ini.
Anggota Provost lalu membawa FIF dan AN ke Polda Lampung untuk menjalani pemeriksaan.
